Service Description and Free Trial

We're providing VisiScore.ai as a specialized analytics platform designed to quantify brand visibility across generative AI search engines, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

Free Trial Parameters: We're offering an introductory trial allowing you to assess the platform's capabilities. Your trial includes one complimentary scan, unlimited competitor tracking, monitoring for up to ten high-priority keywords/prompts, and access to the top 10 keywords/prompts via AI Overview discovery.

Service Availability: We'll make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure continuous platform availability. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, as access may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance or unforeseen infrastructure updates.

Account Registration and Security

To access our reporting metrics, you'll need to create an authorized user account.

Information Accuracy: You must provide complete and current professional contact and billing information during registration.

Credential Protection: You'll maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. You're strictly liable for all activities executed under your account perimeter. You must notify us immediately if you've detected unauthorized access or security breaches.

Acceptable Use and Platform Restrictions

You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to utilize VisiScore.ai for internal corporate analytics and reporting.

Prohibited Actions: You aren't permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary tracking algorithms of the platform.

Automated Extraction: You're strictly prohibited from deploying automated scripts, scrapers, or unauthorized application programming interfaces to extract our data visualizations, keyword tables, or VisiScore metrics.

Compliance with Laws: You'll utilize our platform in full compliance with all applicable regional and international data protection and corporate regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

We retain all exclusive rights, title, and interest in the VisiScore.ai platform, including its underlying architecture, data visualization interfaces, branding, and proprietary visibility algorithms.

User Data: You retain all ownership rights to the specific keywords and domain names you've inputted into our system.

License to Process: By submitting data, you're granting us a license to process, store, and transmit that data to third-party AI engines specifically to generate your visibility reports and calculate your VisiScore.

Data Accuracy and Third-Party Engines

VisiScore.ai functions by retrieving and analyzing outputs from external generative AI engines.

Data Sourcing: The metrics we provide rely on the data structures and response generation protocols of these third-party systems.

Inherent Variations: Because AI engine algorithms are subject to unannounced modifications and automated variances, we don't warrant that the visibility metrics are perfectly exhaustive or immune to external indexing delays. We're providing these analytics for strategic guidance rather than absolute definitive guarantees.

Payment and Subscription Mechanics

Upon the conclusion of your free trial, continued access to VisiScore.ai requires enrollment in a paid subscription tier.

Billing Cycles: We'll process subscription fees automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle using your provided payment method.

Cancellations: You may terminate your subscription at any time through the platform settings. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial utilization within an active billing period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Double R Solutions Inc. isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Revenue Impact: We aren't responsible for any loss of corporate revenue, digital traffic, or market share resulting from operational decisions you've made utilizing our analytics data.

Financial Cap: Our total cumulative liability concerning any claims arising from these Terms of Service won't exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us during the three months immediately preceding the incident.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings related to this agreement will be adjudicated exclusively in the recognized courts located within Alberta.

Modifications to the Terms
